What makes Scream Ridge different?
We’ve tried very hard to make our haunted attractions unique, but in addition to the many surprises you will find inside.

- Psycho Carnival. We are also unique in our atmosphere. This is a scream park, with music, food, drinks, The Burn Pit, fire performers, rides, games, nighttime hayride and more. Enjoy our haunted attractions. Stay and hangout.
Are you open if it is raining?
Fear knows no weather — Scream Ridge operates rain or shine. Only in extreme conditions will we cancel or delay operations.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes — we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please bring valid identification.
Are there discounts for children?
No — all standard tickets are priced equally regardless of age.
*Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or parent.
Are group discounts available?
20 or more people, pay the General Admission price. You’ll receive:
- A free upgrade to VIP Admission for all people
- A private table area for your group
- Six ride tickets per child.
Please note that outside food and drinks cannot be brought in.
How long is the wait in line?
It varies. Early in the season, wait times are typically minimal. As Halloween draws nearer, waits can stretch up to 1 hour.
We offer Fast Pass / Front-of-Line tickets for those wanting to skip the queues.
Where is Scream Ridge located? How do I get there?
We’re located in Walton, Kentucky at Sugar Ridge Family Farm. 12273 Green Rd. Walton, KY 41094
Look for signage on the main roads — we’re easy to find once you’re nearby.
Do you charge for parking?
No — parking is complimentary in our onsite lot.
Is there an age limit or recommendation?
Due to the intense nature of our haunts, some attractions are not suitable for children under 13. We strongly encourage parental discretion.
We may also provide a “Lights On” or milder alternative option for younger or more sensitive guests (check schedule for availability).

Is the ticket line covered?
Some of the entrance line is sheltered, but during peak nights, lines may extend into uncovered areas. Plan accordingly.
Once we’ve paid for admission, can we go through again?
With General Admission re-entry to the three main attractions is not included.
However, with a VIP ticket you are welcome to enjoy each attraction an unlimited amount of times.
How long is a full walkthrough / experience?
Our experiences typically take 25–35 minutes, depending on your pace and path through the attractions.
What if someone gets too scared?
We provide clearly marked exits throughout every attraction. If anyone feels overwhelmed, they may exit. Please note: all sales are final, and no refunds are given once inside.
What if I don’t want to be scared?
We offer a free “Don’t scare me.” wristband. Ask inside the general store.
Can I wear sandals inside?
We allow sandals, but strongly discourage them. Closed-toe, sturdy shoes are safer and more comfortable through our hazards and uneven paths.
What rides and games are there?
Most weekends we have
- Rockwall
- Spinning Barrel
- Axe Throwing
- Balloon Darts.
These rides are available for private rental so sometimes they are out at private events. Ride & Game Tickets are sold separately inside our general store.
Are pets allowed?
Because we are an actual working farm with animals we cannot allow outside animals
Can we take photos inside the attractions?
No — photo and video recording is strictly prohibited inside haunted zones.
You may take non-flash photos in common or waiting areas unless signage states otherwise.
Will actors physically touch guests (or vice versa)?
In our standard experiences, actors will not initiate physical contact, and guests should not touch actors.
Incidental or unintentional contact may occur.
For special “extreme” or VIP experiences, some intentional contact may be permitted — guests will be warned in advance for those.
Are tours / attractions wheelchair accessible?
Yes — standard wheelchairs can be accommodated in some areas and attractions.
However, some tight rough terrain zones/attractions may be inaccessible. Please keep in mind, we are a working farm too and most of our area that includes the haunt is grass, gravel and corn fields.
We will assist you and provide alternate routes if possible.
Is there security?
Yes — we have security personnel on site and monitor areas to ensure safety for all guests.
Do you have strobe lights, loud noises, fog, or other effects?
Yes. Our attractions use strobe lighting, fog, loud audio, and other effects to enhance the scare experience.
Guests with epilepsy, asthma, or other sensitivities should proceed with caution or consider alternative experiences.
Are there restrooms available?
Yes — we have restroom facilities located in the main farmhouse area, as well as portable facilities deoending on the time of year.
Are re-entry / refund policies strict?
Yes — tickets are non-refundable.
If we cancel or close an attraction unexpectedly (for weather or safety reasons), we may offer rescheduling options (space permitting).Guests with epilepsy, asthma, or other sensitivities should proceed with caution or consider alternative experiences.

Can I vape/smoke at Scream Ridge?
We respect that you may vape or smoke, but for the comfort of all of our guests, we kindly request that you DO NOT VAPE OR SMOKE in line or on the grounds of Scream Ridge.
How do I join the Scream Ridge crew / become an actor?
We periodically hire for actors, support staff, makeup, haunt construction, etc.
We also host training sessions prior to the season.
